7-8:30 pm: We encourage ALL parent, caregivers, teachers, etc to attend this education event, presented by Marcus Pickett, Community Outreach Specialist from the Seattle DEA. He is going to share information about fentanyl and how it gets into the hands of kids - and how to talk to your kids about it to help prevent devastating situations. He is staying after the presentation to host a Q&A session, so feel free to come with questions!

6:30-7 pm: We hope to see you at our PTSA General Membership meeting before the parent education, so you can get a good seat and hear about what else we are working on for our school community. We are advertising this Parent Education event to the other NSD middle & high school PTSAs.

On January 22, starting at 4:30pm, Skyview students will be competing in a Spelling Bee to determine who will move on to the Regional Spelling Bee in Seattle! Come support our spellers - they will be battling it out in the Skyview Cafeteria!

Our PTSA Emergency Prep Chair needs help to ensure the school is ready in the event of an emergency situation. Skyview's emergency supplies are stored in a shed and these supplies need to be sorted to remove expired items, and ensure there is sufficient supplies for the school in case they are needed (like an earthquake, etc).

Two shifts are setup on Monday, January 27 (non-school day): 9am-noon & 1-3pm. We are looking for ADULT or HIGH SCHOOL volunteers.

We still need volunteers for the 2nd shift to help with this important task. Please help if you can.

Skyview PTSA & North Creek PTSA are hosting a Food Drive benefiting their joint food pantry (serving both schools). The food drive is scheduled for Sunday, February 23, 10am-3pm.

MONITOR COLLECTION STATIONS: We need volunteers to monitor the tables outside the entrances to QFC. Volunteers will hand out flyers with a shopping list and kindly ask community members if they want to help. Sign up here.

DONATE FOOD: Save the date for the food drive, swing by QFC, and contribute if you can!

Pop into the Chick-fil-A and order at the counter for take-out or dine-in, and mention the fundraiser! 10% of sales will be donated to our PTSA! It's a 2 hour window, so lets see if we can fill the restaurant! Learn more.

Have you wondered about our Dine-Out events, and how much they work? We have raised over $500 so far, with just 3 fundraisers! Each so far has resulted in around $150-$200.
