We have rescheduled the Ms. Arty Pants event to Tuesday, December 10th from 2-4pm. Please notice the time change. Ms. Arty Pants has a party to host and can't stay until 5 on this day. She has already completed all of the names on the canvases sent in from last week, so we will not be able to take any additional students/orders. Please pick up your child in car line at 4pm. We will park in 2 lines like car line and bring students out to the cars.

PTO will be sponsoring Santa's Workshop from Wednesday 12/11-Friday 12/13. Your teacher will be signing up for a specific time for your child to shop and the teacher will let you know the date. Everything in the shop will be $1 and the shopping will occur in the auditorium. Students will be able to shop for their families, pet, etc and they always have such a fun time!

Volunteers will be needed to help wrap gifts and help with Santa's Workshop. If you can help, please sign up using the link below.

Wednesday, December 18th is National Twin Day!! We have so many twins at BES (teachers and students) and Mrs Watson... that we are going to celebrate by dressing like our twin -- either biological or a friend!! 👯. It is also Superhero Day, so if you don't have a "twin" to dress up with, you can also dress up like a movie character!!

Our annual Christmas Lunch will be Thursday, December 19th. Please see the letter going home Monday with 1st, 3rd, and 5th grades with times and more information. Please return all forms back to your child's teacher by Friday, December 13th. Thank you!

Our word of the week is support. We will look at support as a noun and a verb, looking at the vowel patterns and discussing why it has two "p"'s in the middle of the word. Thank you for SUPPORTing our school and your child each day!!
