Westerner Upcoming Events
Hey! Check this out!
Teacher & Paraprofessional of the Year!
Help us congratulate Mrs. Jennifer Garcia-Frazier, our Teacher of the Year, and Mrs. Deann Campbell, our Paraprofessional of the Year!
Mrs. Garcia-Frazier is the kind of teacher who never stops working to help students succeed. She knows the data, but more importantly, she knows her students as people. Whether she’s teaching algebra, supporting fellow teachers with resources, or making sure students have meals and clothes, she is all in for Lubbock High.
Mrs. Campbell is a steady and dependable force for our students. She listens without judgment, finds ways to support students in and out of the classroom, and always goes the extra mile to make sure they succeed. You’ll often see her at the Westerner Coffee Stand, but her impact reaches far beyond.
Both of these incredible educators embody what it means to be a Westerner. Let’s give them a huge round of applause!
