Screen Time Statistics

50% of kids 4 and younger are engaging with smartphones regularly
8-12 year olds spend 4-6 hours on phones or watching screen
Recent Study Finding- In a nationally representative sample of 48,775 young US children, children who had 2 or more hours a day of screen time had lower levels of psychological well-being indicators, compared to children who had 1 hour a day of screen time.

If your current 6th or 7th grade student will NOT be attending Cimarron Middle School for the 2024-25 school year, please fill out THIS SURVEY. You will be sent a quick withdrawal form to complete prior to the last day of school.

If your child will attend Cimarron, no action is needed.

Be RED Student Store

The store was a big hit with students this year! The motivation to earn Red cards was in full force! The students greatly appreciate all of the support with this! As our school year is coming to a close, we are going to put a pause on donations. We hope to bring back this endeavor at the beginning of next school year. More information about future donations to come in August/ September! Thank you again for all of the support!

The bin is located in the front parking lot by the book bin, and we can earn money for the school by collecting!
