Camp Reminders
*Another action packed week down! We had everything from Karate, Golf, the Fire truck coming to visit, capped off with a trip to Lincoln Financial Field to see the where the Eagles play. We toured the field, locker room, press box, and even got to run on the field like the Eagles do! You can catch more of our week together on our Facebook page.
*We have some "Egg-citing" news to share! For the past week we have been taking care of 8 duck eggs. We anticipate the eggs hatching within the next couple of days. This Thursday, Fox 29 Good Day Philadelphia will feature our camp with the ducks. The segment should be live around 9:30 AM, get those DVR’s ready! Please wear your camp shirt to camp that day. Once the segment is over if the weather allows we will have our water and pool activities for the day.
*Soft Pretzels from the Philly Pretzel Factory may be ordered as a summer snack by clicking here. Week 6 orders are closed, but you may order for Week 6-Week 8 at this time. Orders for Week 7 will close on Thursday at 12:00 PM so that we can give the count to the Pretzel Factory.
*Water ice is available for purchase on Mondays and Wednesday. Camper may bring cash to purchase a water ice treat the day of OR you may Venmo for the weeks that your child will be present at camp for the rest of the summer. Please fill out the Google Form here to pay by Venmo.
*Please remember to bring in your white tshirt in a bag with your name on it for our tie dye activities on Wednesday!

*If you need to call during camp hours, our phone number is 267-205-8725. The telephone number is also posted on the School Yard doors.
Please remember that all billing for before and after care as well as any outstanding tuition fees are being billed through Procare. Invoices will be sent to your email, and they are also available using the Procare app. Procare will allow you to easily generate a tax statement at the end of the year if you need one for tax purposes.
Payments may be made in the following ways:
- Via credit card or a checking account using the Procare app.
- Venmo (@sjsphila) (we have to mark your account as paid when we receive the Venmo, so please don't worry if your account is not instantly credited).
- Cash/check at drop off or pick up (please put in an envelope with your child(ren)'s name(s). As with the Venmo transactions, we have to credit your account with the cash or check payment.
*Please make sure all belongings are labeled if possible. It makes it easier for us to give back lost belongings . We do have a lost and found here.
*We are having an issue with the rainbow loom bracelets. We did have a discussion with the campers about leaving them at home. If you can help us out with this we would greatly appreciate it.
*Before care starts at 7:30 AM and after care will start after 4:00 PM. Both of these will be in room 100 in the Blessed Mother Building. If you need this service please let us know. All billing is handled through Procare.
*Swim days will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Waivers for campers ages 6-13 went out for Winchester. They need to be signed and returned ASAP. Campers who use Winchester leave campus around 10:30 and return around 3:30 PM. Campers who are 3-5 will stay back and enjoy the pools and water slides at camp.
*Meet our staff! Below are the teachers who will be working with your children throughout the day. Due to their availability they may not be always on each day. All of our lead staff have their clearances and are all teachers or studying to be one:
3 year olds: Ms. Hanna, Ms. Nicole, Mrs. Rivera
4 year olds: Ms. Nicole, Ms. Jamie, and Mrs. Chiacco
5 year olds: Ms. Meghan
6 year olds: Mrs. LoMastro
7 year olds: Ms. Satanoff
8 year olds: Ms. Katie, Mrs. Dalton
9 year olds: Mrs. O'Donnell, Mrs. McConnell
10-13 year olds: Mr. Joe
*If you have not received your Procare invite, please be sure to check your SPAM folder; the email came directly from Procare. It can also be resent, by request, if you are unable to find it. Also, once you log into Procare, you can add additional authorized pick-ups for your child.

*Information about admissions for St. Jerome School appears in the graphic below. We especially welcome applications for our flexible Pre-K3 program, 1st Grade, and 6th Grade (transfer grants available for 6th graders transferring from public or charter schools). We have limited openings in other grades.
