Thank You!
Dear Students and Families,
As we reflect on the 2023-24 school year, we want to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude for your dedication throughout this academic year! Closing out our first year of administration at Woodside, we have been touched by the outpouring of support and interest in our Woodside Community! We are so proud of the increased exposure for the Innovative School and the experiential learning and activities this has provided. Your involvement in your student's education and our school activities makes a significant difference, and we are truly grateful for your collaboration.
We want to remind you to take some time to relax, recharge, and rejuvenate over the summer break. This is a time to unwind, explore new interests, spend quality time with loved ones, and create lasting memories.
For our 8th graders moving on to high school: CONGRATULATIONS! Your hard work, determination, and resilience have paid off, and we have no doubt that you will go on to accomplish amazing things in the future. Remember, this is just the beginning of an exciting new chapter in your lives, and we are confident that you are well-prepared to tackle whatever challenges come your way.
To our returning students: we look forward to welcoming you back in the fall for another year of learning and growth. We have many exciting opportunities and activities planned, and we can't wait to see what you will achieve.
See you in August. We are planning a Cougar Cookout on August 14th (see flyer below) and school begins on August 15th!

Reflection of our Garden Innovative Process
Enjoy this extensive, beautiful video of the Design Process for our Garden and Outdoor Learning Prototype! This video was created by Ms. Victor as part of the grant report to the San Juan Education Foundation detailing our garden prototype. Staff that participated in the prototype created Google slide decks to showcase the learning process in their classrooms. Many of the images you'll see in the video are from that work. Thank you to everyone that made this prototype such a success this year!
Take special notice of the design process in action throughout this 14 minute video! Thank you to our many community partners that supported this work! We couldn't have done it without you!
