COVID-19 Dashboard
District 41 has created a dashboard as a way for the public to monitor both the number of positive covid cases reported for students and staff as well as the number of people quarantined in the district due to close contact with someone who has tested positive. The dashboard will be updated every Monday by the end of the day.

On eight SIP Days throughout the year, students in 1st through 8th grade will have early dismissal at 11:30 a.m. to allow time for building staff members to work on school improvement activities. Kindergarten students will not attend school on SIP Days. September 10th, AM Pre-K students WILL attend school on this SIP Day from 8:15 a.m - 10:45 a.m. at Forest Glen. PM Pre-K will NOT have school on September 10. For the full list of 2021-22 SIP Day dates and the Pre-K SIP Day attendance times calendar CLICK HERE.
*Please note: A phone upgrade will take place on September 10 at 1 p.m. after students have cleared the building and the SIP day afternoon has started. There will be a brief period where district phones will be down. We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
Voluntary SHIELD COVID-19 Testing - Delayed Start
We have been informed by SHIELD IL that our testing process will be delayed by two weeks due to the volume of districts they are supporting with this program. From SHIELD, “To ensure we can deliver and provide a smooth transition to testing, we are needing to push your launch date back to 27 September. This will also allow enough time to ensure your site is staffed and supplied appropriately for your testing operations.” We will keep the community updated as we learn more.
