ESVA
Elementary School Virtual Academy - TK - 6th Grade

ESVA Mission
The mission of ESVA is to provide a collaborative and hybrid learning community that creates an environment that accelerates student growth while fostering a love for learning. By embracing the power of technology and incorporating innovative teaching methods, we provide a dynamic educational experience aimed at excellence that prepares students for success in a rapidly evolving world.
ESVA Vision
The vision of ESVA is to be a leader in elementary virtual education, setting the standard for excellence in online learning. We aim to create a dynamic learning environment that challenges and inspires students to achieve their academic goals. By leveraging technology, we strive to create a virtual academy where all students feel valued, supported, and empowered to become lifelong learners.
What is The Elementary School Virtual Academy?
The Elementary School Virtual Academy (ESVA) offers full Math and ELA courses that are robust in content, meet all core standards, and offer optional weekly Homework Helper from Elementary School Virtual Academy (ESVA) teachers as needed. Science and Social Studies are similar in nature, but do not include weekly Homework Helper. Enrolled students must complete all coursework since ESVA classes are not intended to be supplemental. ESVA classes support the development of relationships with peers and teachers. We are a community of learners and educators who value growth, respect, and innovative learning opportunities.
The ESVA program also offers elective courses. Elective courses are supplemental in nature and will not cover all content standards for the grade level.
The ESVA is a hybrid program that provides live classes 1-3 days per week in which students receive instruction from a credentialed teacher and have opportunities to engage with their similar-aged peers. Asynchronous work is assigned and must be completed at home on days when there is no live class.
Our unique hybrid model allows families support while still retaining some flexibility. The ESVA teacher plans the lessons for each week of school and shares with families what needs to be completed throughout the week.
