Message From Mike
Thought I would share a quick 45 second video of a bird's eye view of the 2024 ACHS Homecoming Parade. It is something I look forward to every year and if you weren't able to make it this year, check out the quick video filmed by Mr. Sam Worden, our yearbook sponsor.
Have a great week.

College Board Letter Of Commendation (NEW)
We are very pleased to announce that 3 ACHS students recently received the Letter of Commendation from the College Board. The recognition signifies that they are among the top 50,000 students to have taken the NMSQT last October. Each year, about 1.5 million students take the test. Congratulations to Noah Bohn, Brady Melott, and Brian Vo on their academic achievement.
Focus On Fine Arts (NEW)
Check out this amazing performance from our orchestra students.
Parent Teacher Conferences (NEW)
We are holding Parent-Teacher Conferences on Friday, October 11 from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. These conferences offer a valuable opportunity to discuss your child's progress and set goals for the remainder of the school year. Students who received a D or F in any subject at Checkpoint #1 are eligible to participate in a parent-teacher conference for that specific subject. The first round of invitations to Parent Teacher Conferences has been sent out this afternoon.
If your student is not struggling but you would still like to discuss your student's progress, you are always welcome to reach out to staff via email or phone.

ACHS Financial Aid Night on October 29 (2nd Week)
Success in school starts with strong attendance (2nd Week)
Attendance rate is the best predictor of on-time graduation for high school students. The best thing that families can do to support a student's academic success is to help the student be in school as often as possible. See the link below for tips on what you can do to support your student's attendance and additional info from AttendanceWorks.
