Important Bus Information...

Ongoing changes to staffing have caused us to shift some of our routes to the El Dorado High School District. Due to this change, pick up and drop off times for routes have been impacted. Please see the new, updated route schedules in the link below that will take effect beginning on Monday, August 26th. Please note that buses may not have our district’s name on the them since we are utilizing the high school district for bussing.

Sports Try-Outs Are Starting!

Flag Football and Girls Volleyball try-outs begin on Monday, 8/26. Both are open to all 6th, 7th and 8th grade students. Football tryouts will go from after school until 4:00pm. Volleyball tryouts will go from after school until 3:45pm.


Cross Country will be starting Tuesday, September 3rd after school until 3:30pm and is open to all grade levels.

Friday Donuts are Back!

Our amazing PTO will be selling donuts before school on Friday, August 30th.


They are $1 each and will be in front of the office before school starts. This is always a big hit and a great fundraiser for our school!

Herbert Green Music Program

Herbert Green is proud to be one of the few remaining schools who still offer a band program! Check out some of our 5th graders learning the fundamentals of playing the recorder. Our older band students will host several concerts throughout the school year so please keep an eye out for upcoming dates! Our fist one will be held in December.

Picture Day is September 12th

Fall Picture Day is Thursday, September 12th. Viewing and ordering will be approximately one week AFTER picture day. You will receive a notification via email and text once the galleries are ready.




VIEWING/ORDERING: (approximately one week AFTER picture day)

-Parents will receive a link via email and text once images are available online.

-There will be a 72-hour window of free shipping starting once the images are available online.
