The 2024-2025 school year is under way! St. James Middle and Horry County Schools have several new policies including the use of clear backpacks, all students going through metal detectors, and keeping cell phones in backpacks. Last week, students met with assistant principals to learn expectations and eligible students received their PDL devices. Students who have paid their technology fee will begin taking their laptops home today.
