Fall is nearly here!

Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year! I wanted to take a moment to share some brief updates. For this school year, most of my online classes will be offered during the 1:00 - 2:00 pm CT timeframe, with recordings being available for credit as well.

I know many of you are just as busy, if not even busier, during the summer. We appreciate the care you provide to children all across Nebraska. You are so appreciated.

*** Please note - we know that indoor spaces can look VERY different between center and home based programs. For some of these classes, we will split of participants into groups based on the type of program you work in and possibly by age of children as well.

If you are looking for programming just for your center (or other type of program), I can create customized training just for you! Includes at least 2 consultation calls or visits prior to the class/training day and a follow-up visit.

Other classes offered by Nebraska Extension

CHIME is an eight-week, interactive training using best practices for providing responsive care. Participants will practice mindfulness in the early childhood setting along with ways to be more responsive and less reactive at work and home. Mindfulness as it applies to the early childhood setting and social-emotional developemt is presented along with ways to be more responsive and less reacitve towards children and work challenges.

Choose from two online group sessions:
