Counseling Caseload Changes:
Counselors seek to build strong relationships with students and parents. To better support this goal, counselors will now have a caseload of students assigned by alphabet (and not homeroom). This should make it very clear for all constituents to identify a student’s counselor.
For seniors who have made connections with their counselors they can reach out to their previous counselor for letters of recommendation or advice. We recognize this is a transition for our learning community.
Counselors will be assigned by Alphabet Split below.
Welcome New Counseling Staff and Interns!
Afsaneh Towns: Guidance Tech
Sonia Ruiz: Counseling Intern
Karla Muratalla: Counseling Intern
Wolverine Center
While the Wolverine Center may not be physically open at this point, we are still here for you! Need a work permit? Questions for your counselor? Or just want to discuss present and future options?

- Registrar: Ms. Kim Carroll at kcarroll@powayusd.com
