Parent-Teacher Conferences This Week!
Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held this Tuesday, February 18 from 5 - 8 pm and Wednesday, February 19 from 12 - 3 pm.
Conferences are an opportunity for parents and guardians to meet with teachers to discuss how students are doing in class and areas they can work on to improve. In order to provide as many conferences as possible, they will be by appointment only. scheduled through our online system at https://www.schoolbookings.net/code. Use the code v9zwu
Conferences will be held in person. Translators will be provided. Students’ counselors will also be available by appointment. Parents/guardians are encouraged to bring their students to conferences.
If you cannot attend in person and would like to request phone conferences from teachers, please call the school office at 616- 252-2070. Please note: Translators will not be available for phone conferences.
If you are unsure of your students' teachers' names, you can access your student’s class schedule in multiple ways:
- A letter was sent home with your student’s schedule.
- Log on to ParentVUE.
After you have finished scheduling, you will receive an email with teacher names and times of your conferences. You will also be able to change or modify your schedule.
Due to the tight timelines for each meeting, there might not be enough time slots for every parent to schedule a conference time. If you are unable to schedule a time slot or attend conferences and you would still like to talk with your student’s teachers, please reach out any time by email or phone. All staff emails and phone numbers are located on the Godwin Public Schools website.
If you have any questions about or need help scheduling your conferences please watch this video for help: How to Schedule Your Conferences or call the school office.
