We invite you to support effective school libraries in Michigan. For 52 years, we have championed educational transformation, information skills, and technology integration to benefit K-12 students across the state, using media, resources, books and more. We invite you to exhibit with us during the largest gathering of school librarians in Michigan.

Exhibitors can begin setting up Tuesday evening if you are there. Pipe & drape installers are arriving at 3pm. As soon as they are finished with their set up, your booth will be available. We will have lots of volunteers to help carry boxes and help with other set up if you need it. I will be at the hotel (Klaudia). Your booth number and location will be at the registration desk.

Thursday, December 11, 2025 - Exhibits open at 10am - set up can begin at 8am

Exhibitor Showcase - 10:00am - 12:00 pm (exhibitor only time) With elementary and secondary rotating shifts.

Lunch 12:00 - 1:00pm (exhibitors can join us in ballroom or eat in booth)

Exhibits close - 4pm - tear down can begin at 4pm.

The cost of an exhibit booth is $500. This includes a standard booth space, table, 2 chairs, wifi, carpeted hotel floor, access to electrical and lunch. If you are a non-profit organization, please reach out to me. kjanek@mimasl.org

BOOKING WEBSITE

Please book in our conference block because we need to meet a minimum number of rooms as stated in our contract. We are encouraging all or attendees, authors, vendors and presenters to do this. Conference room rate is $109 a night (Standard King Room).

Included with the booth price is electric and wifi. Each booth will have two chairs and a wastebasket. The floor is carpeted. MASL will have a bin full of extension cords for anyone to borrow. Let me know if you have any questions about that.

Due to storage limitations, we (Sheraton) cannot accept deliveries that arrive more than 3 days prior to group’s or guest’s arrival date. We do not provide staff to unload deliveries or packages from delivery trucks. You must make arrangements with the shipping company to unload pallet shipments. Hotel cannot unload or store palletized deliveries.
