Kindergarten Registration Now Open for 2025-26 School Year!
Kindergarten registrations are now being accepted for the 2025/2026 school year. Children must be five years old on or before October 1, 2025 to participate.
To begin the pre-registration process and for additional information, please visit www.roxbury.org/KindergartenRegistration. Families will be contacted via email by their child’s school once the pre-registration process has been started.

PTA Board Positions- There will be 2 positions open for the 2025-26 school year. If you're interested in finding out more, please reach out at jeffersonptanj@gmail.com. Without a full executive board, we cannot continue to plan the events, fundraisers and programs our students enjoy.
Read-A-Thon - Jefferson's annual Read-a-Thon is in full swing! Top readers will be announced every Friday.
Please read the attached letter. Here's a quick video introducing Read-A-Thon. We're counting on you to make it a success. It only takes a minute or two, and your support will greatly assist us in meeting our goals.

- Go to www.dezineline.com
- Look on the home page, if you are on a computer, at the very top there’s a green menu banner. Click “Online Stores” and then click “Go to Online Stores” from the dropdown menu. If you are on your phone, find the 3-line menu button and Click “Online Stores” and then click “Go to Online Stores” from there.
- From the list of stores, find yours and click on the store name.
- Once the store is closed the merchandise takes AT LEAST 2-3 weeks to produce and separate into individual orders. These orders will be picked up by the store administrator and you will be notified of how distribution will be made. NO ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED.
**THERE ARE NO LAST-MINUTE ADDITIONAL SALES OR CHANGES MADE TO ANY ORDERS AFTER THE CLOSE DATE.
The 2025 JES Talent Show will take place on 3/26 &27! Mark your calendars for this spectacular event! Register your star on PTBoard by 3/14!
Spring 2025 Book Fair is coming up April 28-5/2 mark your calendars and volunteer to help make it a great experience for our students. Students shop during their regularly scheduled Media times and sign ups will be posted soon.
Staff Appreciation Week- (5/12-5/16) This year we'll be treating our faculty and staff to a WICKED week of fun, goodies and a tricky tray. Please check out the link for more information and how to contribute.
Recess Refresh - As the weather warms and students get to enjoy outdoor recess again, please consider donating gently used soccer balls, kickballs and NERF footballs to refresh the ball bin used for recess.

The cost for breakfast and lunch are below.
Breakfast- $2.50
Lunch- $3.75
- If you would like your child to purchase breakfast, it will be available for your child in the classroom.
- If you choose not to purchase breakfast, please tell your child not to take a meal.
If your child has a food allergy and will buy breakfast and lunch, please visit this link and follow the steps to ensure your child's meals are allergen-free.
To pay for your child's breakfast, lunch, or snack, you can:
- Set Up a My School Bucks Account and load money onto your child's card (Please know there is a convenience fee when choosing this option.)
- Send in cash or check made out to Roxbury BOE ( Please put cash or check in an envelope with your child's name and teacher and labeled "Lunch Money.")
