Announcements & Updates
- NJSLA testing continues next week with Mathematics assessments being administered from May 14-16. Please review the May 3 Weekly Update for additional reminders.
- The Mountain View Parent Council serves on a volunteer basis and works with Mrs. Toth (Principal) with the primary objective of fostering dialogue and communication on school-wide topics between the parent community and the School Administration. This team works on behalf of all parents to discuss educational and administrative matters that are of importance to all. The Mountain View Parent Council is in need of volunteers for the 2024-2025 school year to serve a 2-year term. Meetings take place monthly on Friday mornings.
The Parent Council has the following openings next year (grades will be those of your child NEXT year):
- 6th grade (2)
- 8th grade (1)
If you are interested in serving on the Parent Council, please contact Mrs. Toth as soon as possible, and no later than today.
- For those wishing to get a head start, supply lists for the 2024-2025 school year have been posted to the district website. Click here to access them.

A Note from Ms. Walsh
Check out these awesome summer camps being offered by Vo-Tech. The camps are FREE for incoming 7th and 8th graders, and are a great way to try out some of the different options for high school offered at Morris County Vo-Tech- which is an option for all Mt. View students!
