2024-2025 PTO - MAKE A DIFFERENCE
We NEED you! We are beginning the process of organizing the 2024-2025 Bennington Elementary PTO Board and Committee Chairs. Participating in the PTO is a great way to get to know teachers, students and other parents. We all have different skills and strengths and we would love to see more parents involved.
If you are interested in being on the Board or leading the charge for one of our committees OR just interested in getting plugged in, please sign-up below. You are not signing your life away yet but just letting us know that you are interested! Some positions and committees are currently filled by parents finishing their terms or already committed to helping, but we can always use more hands. There are opportunities to help with areas that continue throughout the year as well as events that only occur once. I have included brief descriptions of the positions and responsibilities in the google form.
More hands make light work and we have a lot of exciting things planned for next year so we need your help! If you are interested but have questions, feel free to reach out via email (bennelemPTO@gmail.com) or contact the 2024-2025 PTO President, Jocie Minturn 402.680.4453.

TITLE I INFORMATION FOR PARENTS
The Nebraska Department of Education requires Bennington Public Schools to inform parents in regards to how the district uses Title I funding it receives. At this time Bennington Elementary and Heritage Elementary utilize these funds to support student programming. An informational session is scheduled at Bennington Elementary School prior to the Board of Education meeting to inform the public about the use of this funding and to take comments. Please join us on June 10th at 5:00 p.m. in the Bennington Elementary School Library.
