WELCOME BACK TO SCHOOL BES!!
WELCOME!
Dear BES Students and Families,
Welcome back to a new school year at BES! We are thrilled to see our school community come together once again, and we hope you had a restful and enjoyable summer break. As we embark on this new journey, we're excited about the opportunities for learning, growth, and discovery that lie ahead.
We look forward to reconnecting with familiar faces and warmly welcoming new ones into our BES family.
Together, we will create a positive and nurturing environment where every student feels valued, supported, and encouraged to succeed.
Here’s to a wonderful year of learning, growth, and success!
Monthly Newsletter
We are excited to introduce a Monthly Newsletter that will be shared with all BES families. This newsletter is designed to keep you informed about important news, upcoming events, school updates, and other essential information to help your child have a successful year at BES.
Each month, we will feature a different classroom, giving them the opportunity to showcase their achievements and share their news with the entire school community.

Meet Mrs. Michelle Rabar:
After earning a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology and an Advanced Graduate Degree in School Psychology from Georgian Court University, Mrs. Rabar began her career as a School Psychologist in 2006. She has dedicated the past 16 years to supporting elementary students and families in Washington Township Schools, Morris County. Mrs. Rabar brings with her extensive experience and expertise in mental health, learning and behavior.
On a personal note, Mrs. Rabar is an avid runner and health enthusiast. She shares her life with her husband of 20 years and two sons, ages 12 and 10. Much of her free time is spent at various sporting events as a sports mom and number one fan. Their family recently welcomed a rescue pup named Suki.
As a new school year begins, Mrs. Rabar eagerly looks forward to getting to know the Blairstown community and to helping their youth succeed academically, socially, behaviorally and emotionally.
