Carnival and Track and Field Day
We are excited to announce our annual Carnival and Track and Field Day, scheduled for May 28, 2025, 9:00-2:45 at the new HS parking lot, and we would love your support!
This yearβs event promises to be a memorable experience for our students. After the success of past yearβs event, we are eager to make this year's event even bigger and better. To make this happen, we are seeking both volunteers and sponsors to help us bring our vision to life.
How You Can Help:
Volunteers:
We are looking for individuals who are willing to volunteer their time on May 28, 2025, to assist with various activities throughout the day. Your participation will help make the event enjoyable for everyone, by helping to ensure safety throughout the day. We would be grateful for any support you can offer in terms of time and enthusiasm!Sponsorships/Donations:
In order to cover the costs of the event, we need to raise $11,000. These funds will help us obtain larger items such as carnival equipment, prizes, food, and other activities. If you or your business is able to contribute as a sponsor or donor, we would be deeply appreciative. Your sponsorship will not only support the event, but it will also provide your business with exposure to a wide audience within our school community. You can bring a check to the Elementary Office or use Infinite Campus as there is a button through the store that says CARNIVAL DONATION(s).
Sponsorship opportunities include:Orange Sponsor: $1,000
Blue Sponsor: $500
White Sponsor: $250
In-Kind Donations: Goods or services that will help enhance the event (e.g., food, raffle prizes, decorations).
We are confident that with your help, we can make this a day that our students will remember for years to come. If you are interested in volunteering or becoming a sponsor, please feel free to reach out to me directly at tsurprenant@colfaxmingo.org. We would be happy to provide further details or answer any questions you may have.
Thank you in advance for your time and consideration. Your support is greatly appreciated, and we look forward to working with you to make this event a huge success!
Warm regards,
Tara Surprenant
