Bulldog Bulletin

Dear Bulldog Community-

I hope that you had a wonderful week. There are only nine days left of this quarter and until spring break. I cannot believe how quickly this quarter is going!

Weekly Highlight(s):

• All of our AVID classes took an in-school field trip to the Ascend Center in our building. They learned all about the community partners and support that is available to our Galileo community.

Upcoming Events:

• Track practice starts Monday, March 10th. This week Coach Espinosa and Coach Drobny had informational meetings. If you missed those and are still interested, please go see one of our coaches to get information.
• There is no school for students on Friday, March 14th as this is a teacher workday!

Reminders:

• CMAS testing is going to start when we return from spring break. It is very important that students are at school every day and on time for testing. We cannot take students out of testing sessions.
• We are beginning to prep our technology for the upcoming state testing. Students will not have access to chromebooks on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays beginning Monday, March 10th to ensure computers are cleaned up and prepared for testing. If you see any chromebooks and/or chargers at home, please send them back to school so that we can get them back into our technology rotation.

Hello, Palmer Families,

Palmer Counselors have a few updates for you regarding course registration for the 2025-2026 school year.

Palmer Counselors have met with students over the past several weeks to gather course requests, which were due Friday, February 28th. Course requests have now been submitted for all students in PowerSchool. We are asking families to review these requests to ensure that all students’ course selections are accurate and final. Thoughtful consideration of class selection is critical as there will be no schedule changes permitted in the fall.

If there are questions or concerns with your student’s course requests, please reach out to your student’s counselor. Please review your student’s course requests by Monday, March 10th. Course requests are final after March 10th.

Hola, Estimados padres de familia;

Los consejeros de Palmer tienen algunas actualizaciones para usted con respecto a la inscripción del curso lectivo del año escolar 2025-2026.

Los consejeros de Palmer se han reunido con los estudiantes durante las últimas semanas para recolectar las solicitudes de cursos, que debían entregarse el viernes 28 de febrero. Se han enviado las solicitudes de cursos para todos los estudiantes en el sistema de PowerSchool. Estamos pidiendo a las familias que revisen estas solicitudes para asegurar que todas las selecciones de clases de los estudiantes sean precisas y definitivas.
