Hello Eagle Families,

As we move into the heart of the school year, we are excited to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, which runs from September 15 to October 15. This is a time for us to honor the rich histories, cultures, and contributions of Hispanic and Latino communities.

We are also nearing the time for progress reports. This is an important opportunity for us to reflect on each student's academic progress and identify areas for growth. Progress reports will be viewable online in Skyward next Friday (see below on how to access grades). We encourage you to review them carefully. As always, we are here to support your child’s growth and learning. Thank you for your continued partnership!

Havlicek doors will not open until 8:15 am daily. There is no morning supervision until this time. Students are encouraged to wait in line and not play with balls that may hit smaller children.

Havlicek hoodies are now available for PRE-ORDER sale! The cost is $10 each for students and $15 each for adults. Payment for hoodie orders is CASH ONLY. All students will receive an order form in their home folders. Extra order forms will be available in the main office. All orders and payments MUST be submitted by Wednesday, September 25th, 2024. Hoodies will arrive in mid-October and will be distributed in school.

Thank you to those of you who have read, signed, and returned the Attendance Pledge with your student! All students have now received Attendance Pledges in their home folders. Please read through it with your student, sign it, and have them sign it as well. If your student returns their signed pledge by Friday, September 27th, they will receive a Dress Down Day the following week!

Quarter 1 of our SEB (Social Emotional Behavior) / Second Step curriculum will be focused on Emotion Management.
