Upcoming Events
Tuesday, May 27th- Thursday May 29th:
-Breakdown Camp for '25-'26 leadership team (8:30 AM-5:00 PM) at Prosper HS. Transportation to/from Prosper HS will be provided, students must ride the bus.
Daily Schedule:
6:45am - Meet at GHS
7:00am - Bus departs for Prosper HS
8:00am - Arrive at Prosper, check in
Noonish - Lunch on your own, you'll need to bring lunch
5:00pm - Done, load the bus and return to Grapevine

Summer Tuesday Rehearsals
For these rehearsals, we will be in peer-led groups for the first portion of rehearsal. Specific rooms for instruments are TBD, we will end in larger groups in the MAC, a Gym, or the band hall.
Kids need athletic clothes, shoes, all music, marching instrument, water

Music For Students
Students received binders at Spring Training with music they will play this upcoming fall. If you are looking for music click here.
Band Registration
Band registration will take place before the Kick-Off Dinner. Everyone needs to attend the registration, if you are unable to make it, send an email to Mr. Rees (james.rees@gcisd.net)
Trumpet Camp Opportunity
One of the best trumpet teachers in the DFW area, Steve Gulledge, is hosting his annual summer trumpet camp at Keller High School June 23rd-26th
Middle School session is from 10:00am - 12:30pm Monday - Thursday
High School session is from 1:30pm - 4:00pm Monday - Thursday
The cost of our camp for the week is $225
Students will focus on addressing fundamental weakness' and appropriate pedagogical material will be provided.
Students are encouraged to sign up now/early and pay later.

Lessons are available for all members of the band program. Please click here and set up lessons if you have not already.
The Grapevine High School Band has over 90% of students enrolled in private lessons. It is such an important part of our student's musical development!

Students/Parents should login and double check their profile on CutTime is correct. Login assistance can be found here. CutTime is one of our primary forms of communication and it is important to have accurate information. As we graduate students into the next grade, please verify that your school and grade are correct. CutTime is not an option to make a band payment.
