E-Learning Days
In our commitment to ensuring uninterrupted learning for all students, we want to inform you of our plan to utilize E-learning days if inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances prevent us from holding in-person classes. This proactive approach ensures that students can continue their studies safely from home while preserving instructional time and meeting state requirements.
In the event of an E-learning day, we will communicate all necessary information in advance, including schedules and resources, so families are fully prepared. Our e-learning plan is designed to deliver meaningful lessons and maintain a structured learning environment, ensuring our students remain on track in their academic progress.
Student Cell Phone Usage
Cell phones should remain in students’ lockers from 8:20 to 3:20, including during lunch and recess. If a student needs to contact home, they can speak to a staff member or come to the office. Thank you for your support in keeping students focused on learning during school hours.
No attendance and early release
On Tuesday, November 5, there will be no school for students. Additionally, on Friday, November 8, we will have an early release day, with dismissal at 1:00 PM. Please note that lunch will be provided to all students on the early release day prior to dismissal.
Should you have any questions, feel free to reach out to the school office at ogsofficestaff@ogschool.org
