Final Count Down!
Middle School East ~ May 31, 2024
Message from Principal Kelly
Hello Middle School East Families!
Having reached the end of another remarkable school year, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support and partnership. This year has been filled with incredible achievements, memorable moments, and significant growth for our students.
Our dedicated teachers and staff have worked tirelessly to create a nurturing and challenging learning environment. We have seen our students excel academically, participate in diverse extracurricular activities, and demonstrate outstanding character and leadership. Your children's achievements have been truly remarkable, and we are proud to have been a part of their journey.
I am particularly proud of the resilience and adaptability our 8th-grade students have shown. They have faced challenges with determination and have emerged stronger and more capable. This growth is a testament to the combined efforts of our school community—students, parents, teachers, and staff. They are both excited and ready to transition to the High School, and we are confident that they will thrive in this new chapter. Please stay tuned for more information from STMA High School Principal Reeves and his team regarding your child's transition and know that we continue to be available should you need any support through this transition. They will do great!
As we begin our summer break, I encourage you to continue fostering a love for learning at home. Whether it's through reading, exploring new hobbies, or spending quality time together, every experience contributes to your child's development.
We are already excitedly planning for the next school year. We aim to build on this year's successes and provide an enriching and supportive environment for all our students. Thank you once again for your trust, cooperation, and commitment to our school community. Have a wonderful, safe, and restful summer break.
Warm regards,
Jennie Kelly
STMA Middle School East Principal
Happy Father's Day!
As we celebrate Father's Day, we want to take a moment to recognize and honor the incredible fathers and father figures within our school community. Your dedication, love, and support play an invaluable role in shaping the lives of our students.
Fathers inspire, guide, and nurture, providing the strength and stability that helps our children grow into confident, compassionate, and capable individuals. Your involvement in their education and daily lives makes a tremendous difference, and for that, we are deeply grateful.
On this special day, we celebrate all that you do and all that you are. We hope you enjoy a day filled with joy, love, and cherished moments with your loved ones.
Happy Father's Day!

I am so excited to introduce myself as the new Dean of Students and Activity Director for the upcoming school year. Many of you may remember me from my decade-long tenure teaching 6th grade science here at Middle School East. Most recently, I have had the privilege of serving as a Q Comp Coach at Middle School West for the past two years.
Returning to Middle School East feels like coming home, and I am eager to reconnect with the students, staff, and families. I am committed to fostering a positive and inclusive environment where every student can thrive both academically and personally.
