βοΈ Happening In Our Classrooms...
A nice message from Anita Brown, published in the NFPS monthly Newsletter:
"A late shout out to the students, faculty and administrators at The Sherman School, grades K-8. After the students produced hundreds of Valentines cards, school staff reached out to the NFVA for help in distributing the cards to needy veterans. Our members responded by delivering the cards to patients currently being treated at the Veterans Administration Hospital located in West Haven CT. Thank you to everyone at The Sherman School for caring about our Veterans!"
2nd graders went on a field trip to the Northrop House and the Old Store in Sherman!
During Library, students in Mrs. Trainor's 1st grade class enjoyed listening to Andrew's Looth Tooth by Robert Munsch, read by our 3rd grade guest readers, Sammy and Dexter!
Middle schoolers took advantage of some warm weather and went outside during Mr. Butler's Tennis WEE class! πΎ
Preschool worked together to go on a bug hunt!
