Greetings STM-STC Families,

I want to start off thanking you all for your tremendous support of the 78th Christmas Bazaar. While I do not have final numbers just yet, we did extremely well this year! A huge thank you to all who helped with the Bazaar, from Rachel and Sarah who spear head the project, to the wonderful Lindsay Hoch who took over our silent auction this year. It is amazing that in just her first year, she was able to get $27,000 in donations for the Silent Auction, and delivered on her goal of raising over $14,500 from the auction alone. This was almost a $7,000 increase from 2023.

I will be away starting 11/20, and will not return until after Thanksgiving break. The family and I are heading down to Disney for the holiday. I will not be checking email frequently, so if you email me and do not get a response, this is why. Please email Mrs. Godlewski or call the office if you need anything taken care of Thursday, Friday, Monday or Tuesday.

Reminder we are closed this year the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. When we return we have 2 weeks and 4 days of school before Christmas break!

Please make sure you are communicating these dates with everyone in your family. There have been a few occasions where students have been here well past the early dismissal times or even on days off, a grand parent or family member is sitting out front waiting for dismissal. See below for the upcoming early dismissals and days off, and forward to those who are responsible for picking your child up. Thank you!

Trimester 1 ends TOMORROW, Friday, November 15th. This year, ALL report cards will be emailed to parents/guardians on Tuesday, November 26th. To access your child's report card, you will need to enter the birthdate of that child (MM/DD/YYYY). A paper copy will NOT be sent home. If you do not receive your child's Trimester 1 Report Card by email, please notify the school office. Trimester 2 will officially begin on Monday, November 18th.

Just a reminder for all those students who sold 5 or more boxes of chocolate - ALL order forms and permission slips for the Limo Ride to Chick-fil-a are DUE NO LATER THAN Monday, November 25th. If you have any questions or need another copy of both documents, please contact Mrs. Kim Thayer at kthayer@stmstc.org or by calling the school office.

All other prizes have been handed out! We are working on solidifying a date for Mr. Adam Stone to come back for his amazing Magic Show! At the show, we will hand out the GRAND PRIZES for our top sellers! Thank you again to everyone who helped make this sale such a success!!

The Chick-fil-a box lunch fundraiser for the month of December will be on Friday, December 13th. Please click the button below for the order form.
