Consent Forms for 2024-25

EICS Consent forms for the 2024-2025 school year, are now available for you to complete and submit, for each of your children attending an Elk Island Catholic School. The form is found online in your PowerSchool Parent Portal. ONLY HALF of our families have completed this form.

These forms are a mandatory document and is required to be updated for every student each year, and is needed especially for local field trips as there is a digital permission form that is required for students to use our STMN buses or to go on off campus nature and prayer walks.

October orders are only available through PowerSchool. Please refer to our EICS Parent Technology Handbook on how to order. All forms and fees must be completed and paid by Thur Sep 26, 2024 in order to receive their Hot Lunch. Sorry, no late orders are able to be accepted. Terry Fox Run - Sept. 27th

This year’s campaign, called #NoMatterWhat celebrates Terry’s determination and persistence. When running his Marathon of Hope in 1980 he faced many challenges along the way, but he kept going – no matter the obstacles, no matter the journey, no matter the odds - NO MATTER WHAT. We know that schools coast to coast to coast will carry on his legacy to raise funds for cancer research and display their amazing “NoMatterWhat” efforts for this year’s Run.
