Kindergarten Registration

Residents of Upper Moreland Township can register their child(ren) who will be age 5 on or before September 1, 2025.

The required documents for registration are:

• proof of residency;
• proof of student's age, and;
• immunization records.

• DENTAL EXAM FORM
• PHYSICAL EXAM FORM

• If you already have children in the district, you can sign in with your Home Access Center Information.
• If you are new to the district, you will need to create an account to complete the registration.
