2. Where do families park? In the Sullivan Auditorium Lot, the Lower Cherry Road Lot, in the right hand lane of the Cherry Road Car Loop, and in the right hand lane of the Caswell and Sullivan Car Loop. Please leave the left hand lanes open for traffic to flow. Please drive slowly while on campus.

d. Find out answers to any questions.
e. Visit any of the stations below.
4. Who will be at Open House to help with questions and where will they be located? Know that we will have lots of staff (wearing Cherry Park Staff shirts) throughout the building to help you know where to go.
a. Office Staff--Will be in the main office and can help with any registration, enrollment, and proof of residence questions. If you have not been able to see your child's class assignment in Parent Portal, go there because there may be part of your child's registration that is incomplete.
b. Nurse Love--Will be in her office which is near the main office and across from the music room.
c. Technology Fee Agreements and Payments--Will be done in the Media Center across from the Main Office. If possible, please pay online (and you won't have to wait in any lines.) You can also pay them in the media center. You can also complete your online Technology Forms there.
d. Car Tags--Can be picked up at tables that will be on K-1 Hall, 2-3 Hall, and 4-5 Hall. Be ready to tell staff how many you need and if you will pick up at the Cherry Road Car Loop or the Caswell Street Car Loop.
e. CPES Parent Teacher Organization--Will have information tables in the Cafeteria and near the Main Office.
f. Resource Organizations--Will be located in the cafeteria. Representatives from the following groups will be there: Be Great Academy After School Program, Bus Transportation, Girl Scouts, PTO, Small Fry and Pee Wee Football Teams.
g. School Counselors--Ms. Baskin and Mrs. Flaherty will be on the "Bridge" above the cafeteria.
All families can enter through the Main (Upper) Entrance off of Caswell Street or the Lower Entrance off of Cherry Road. We look forward to helping you and your child have a great start to the new year.
