This year, due to a limited budget, we are only able to offer our Morning Program four days a week (Monday-Thursday). Our morning program will run from 7:30am-9:10am and starts on Oct. 7th. Your child must be registered to attend. Due to the stricter requirements (with our new funding source), if your child is enrolled in the morning program, they must be dropped off at school by 8:00am. No students will be allowed into the building after 8:00am until school starts at 9:10am. All Morning Program students should be dropped off at Door 15 in the parking lot door between 7:30am-8:00am (this is the same door we do afterschool pick-up). Please do NOT drop them off BEFORE 7:30am as there will be no one to supervise them. Please contact Ms. Baolue Vang with any questions at ‪(612) 305-8310‬

Please come and join our first PTO meeting of the school year. Parents can play an important role in supporting their children's education and are an important part of the school community. We welcome you to join us, share your ideas about how to make school a safe, learning place, and meet other parents. Our first meeting is Thursday, Oct. 10th from 5:30pm-7:30pm. We will have dinner and childcare available. Meetings are held at school in the Media Center.

Meet our PTO Officers!

Parents, we are piloting a new bus app to help us track the bus your child rides. The app is called "Versa Trans My Stop". Each child will have a unique username and password. Last week, we sent home the directions on how to install and set it up on your smart phones (your child's username and passwords were on labels). Once signed on, you should change your password. We are excited to have this new tool to help us know where the buses are, if they are late, or if there are any issues. We know getting to school and getting home safely is one of the most important parts of the day. We encourage ALL parents who have children who ride the bus to use it. We will send out a survey later in the year to see if it is helpful. You can also call the school to get your username and password if you can't find it in your child's backpack or if you need support installing it. A reminder that there is no supervision in the front of the school until 9:10am. If you bring your child to school before 9:10, you must supervise them. We have minimal staff who are there to wait for our front door buses and to open the doors at 9:10. School officially starts at 9:30am. Dismissal starts at 3:55pm and goes until 4:10pm.
