Supplies for 2024-2025
Attention Fourth Grade Families
Thank you for filling out the form to help us prepare for our grade 4 Step Up Ceremony which will be Friday, June 14th at 10:00AM. Doors will open at 9:30AM. Please enter through the side door by the staff parking lot.
After the ceremony, you are invited to the playground to gather with the students and other families. Those of you who are dismissing your child from the playground must remember to sign them out with their classroom teacher. This will help us keep track of the students and know exactly what the plan is.
Grade 4 Talent Show
Kindergarten Last Day
Our school certainly isn't the same without our littlest Studley Stars, but we had a great time celebrating them and sending them off for the summer.
Grades 1-4 Field Day
On Tuesday, June 11th, we will be having Field Day for students in grades 1-4. We wanted to do more than just game time on the field, so we have planned a fun day for all! Students will engage in field games, karaoke, bubbles and chalk, and DRUMS ALIVE! Students will also be having lunch outside for a special treat.
What do you need to know?
- Students can bring a lunch from home or order a sandwich from school (choices can be found on the Studley menu).
- They can bring a towel or blanket to sit on during lunch.
- All students should wear sneakers.
- Please wear comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting dirty or a little wet.
- Each student should bring a labeled water bottle.
- Sunblock should be applied at home.
- Students are encouraged to wear their class color. If you do not have the color, do not stress. It was a last minute fun idea we wanted to try, so the classes can stand out.

District Recognition
The District Recognition Team honored APS employees on Thursday night. Our own Emily Dluhy (Nurse Emily) earned Professional Teaching Status. Employees with 25+ years of service were also honored that night. Lynne Marcet was among the staff in attendance who were celebrated with a whopping 32 years! It was a proud night for sure.

Device Update
All chromebooks and chargers that belong to 4th graders will be collected the last week of school. All incoming 5th graders will receive a new chromebook in the fall.
All current 2nd and 3rd grade students will bring home their chromebook and charger for the summer. We will complete an inventory to make sure all students go home with what they need. They will need to bring back both the chromebook and charger when they return to school in the fall. Failure to do so will result in a replacement fee.
24-25 Transportation
24-25 Transportation Application Open! New this year, all eligible students, including Kindergarten and First grade, who wish to ride the bus to/from any of the Attleboro Public Schools MUST complete the Transportation Application to secure transportation. The only exception to this is for those with specialized transportation needs listed in an IEP. Families should refer to the email sent on May 3, 2024, or visit the APS Transportation website for details: https://www.attleboroschools.com/o/apswc/page/transportation
Walker Door Safety
William James College Interface Referral Service
Any resident of Attleboro or student attending the Attleboro Public Schools (through a guardian) can access the William James College INTERFACE Referral Service. The INTERFACE Helpline helps individuals in subscribing communities become connected with outpatient mental health and wellness resources.
Through the Helpline that operates from 9 AM- 5 PM on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and 8 AM- 6 PM on Tuesday and Thursday, callers will complete an intake which takes about 15-20 minutes and then within a day or so of their call will be assigned to work with a Resource and Referral Counselor who will help them navigate the challenges of finding mental health services, including obtaining a referral match to an outpatient provider, as well as information and resources related to mental health and wellness. Please see What to Expect When You Call the Helpline or visit interface.williamjames.edu for more information.
The INTERFACE Helpline is not an emergency service. If you or the person you are seeking to assist requires a crisis response to meet immediate safety needs, please call 988, 911, go to your local emergency room, or find your local crisis services by calling 833-773-2445 and asking for crisis support.
Car Drop Off/Outdoor Play
As you know, our school day starts at 8:30AM. This means there are no staff members on duty to supervise students until 8:30AM. Several students are leaving their cars before 8:30AM to play. If you are allowing your child(ren) to leave your car and play before school, they must be supervised. Students cannot leave that area and go to the side or back of the building where they would be unsupervised. Thank you for your attention to this.
