Monday Morning Memo

Today is a 12:30 p.m. dismissal. We will be sending home glasses to view the eclipse with each student.

Elementary School: Students have the option of wearing the twill walking shorts and blue polo (must wear belt in grades 1-5) and the mesh shorts with the PE shirt (PE days only). The winter uniform is always an acceptable option.

Middle School: Students have the option of wearing the blue polo with the twill walking shorts, slacks, or skirt. They may wear the mesh shorts instead of sweat pants on PE days. The winter uniform is always an acceptable option, but if the white shirt is worn, it must be worn with a sweater (and tie for boys). Twill walking shorts may only be worn with the polo shirt.

The April HSA meeting originally scheduled for this Wednesday has been cancelled. The HSA is still look for a new president, vice president, and secretary! Please email hsapresident@stmaryum.org if you are interested.

The High School Admissions information session for our 6th and 7th grade families will still take place at 6:30 p.m. this Wednesday.

Spring pictures are coming soon! Students must wear their winter dress uniform. Pre-K through 3rd will be taking pictures April 17th and 4th through 8th will be taking pictures on April 18th.

Report cards will be uploaded to PlusPortals this Friday April 12th. The honor roll ceremony will take place after 10 a.m. Mass on April 19th.

We have several tablecloths and chair covers that need to be washed, dried, ironed, folded, and neatly hung on hangers provided. Attention to detail is a must! Please email tcampbell@stmaryum.org for more information.

1. Purchase a full table for $100.00. This will enable you to assemble your dream trivia team

with friends and family. There are 8 seats per table, but you can bring fewer. You don't need to

have your team roster finalized right now.

You can provide that information when you arrive for Trivia Night.

2. Purchase a "single-participant" ticket for $15.00. You will be added to an overflow table with

other single participants.
