A Message from the Principals
A Successful First Week
Parents & Guardians,
We had a great first week of school with our Mustangs, including meet & greet conferences with our new Kindergarten families and a slow start (half class) for our Kindergarten friends on Thursday & Friday. We are excited to have ALL of students in school tomorrow, Monday, September 9th. A huge thanks to our teachers & staff for all the great work they did to create a wonderful back-to-school experience. Specifically from Mr. A, "Thank you to all the Madison families for all the warm welcomes. I am so happy to be part of this school community."
Your principals,
Mr. A & Mrs. Conlon
Attention: Parents & Guardians

Madison Expectations
Character Strong (PurposeFull People)
Kindness Kickoff to begin school
We're excited to kick off the new school year by talking about Kindness. Our definition of Kindness is acting with understanding, generosity, and care. We believe developing skills around Kindness will help us build a strong foundation for a great year of learning and growing together. Check out our Family Letter for more information about PurposeFull People and some fun ways you can join us in kicking off our most Kind year yet! Watch for monthly newsletters like this that outline the skills we are learning in class and provide fun ideas your family can do at home.
We will continue to use PurposeFull People (Character Strong) this year, a program that teaches skills to help students be successful in school and in life. PurposeFull People is more than a set of lessons - it is a partnership between schools and families to create a place where students feel like they belong and learn skills that will help them be the best they can be!
Each month we will highlight a character trait that our students will be learning about in their classrooms and that theme will also be evident throughout the building.
