Welcome Back to School!

Dear NBMS Parents and Families,

I hope this letter finds you well and enjoying a restful summer. As we prepare to start a new school year at NBMS, I am excited to welcome back our returning students and extend a warm welcome to our new families joining us. Entering my third year as principal, I am inspired by the incredible spirit and resilience of our community, and I am eager to continue building on the progress we've made together.

I am pleased to announce that we will be kicking off the school year with our annual NBMS Launch Day on Monday, August 5th. This important day is designed to help our students get a head start on the new school year. On NBMS Launch Day, all students will have the opportunity to pick up their schedules, receive their Chromebooks, and have their school photo taken. It's a great way to ensure a smooth and organized start to the school year.

For those who are unable to attend NBMS Launch Day, students will be able to pick up their schedules on the first day of school, which is Thursday, August 8th.

Additionally, we will be hosting a New Student Orientation on Monday, August 5th, from 11:30 am to 12:00 pm. This orientation is specifically designed to welcome new students and families to our school community. It's a fantastic opportunity for new students to get familiar with their surroundings, meet some of their peers, and feel more comfortable on their first day.

Please be on the lookout for an email with important information about filling out back-to-school forms. These forms must be completed before students can pick up their schedules.

We have so much to look forward to this year, and I am committed to ensuring that every student feels supported, challenged, and inspired. As always, our focus will be on fostering a positive and inclusive school climate where every student can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
