Important Information about Prom on Saturday, May 17, 2025 at Union Depot in St. Paul.

The Eastview High School Prom, A Night of Tangled Dreams & Glowing Lanterns, takes place on Saturday, May 17th at Union Depot in St. Paul. (The address is 214 4th Street East St. Paul, MN 55101). Doors open at 6:30pm. All students must arrive, check in, and be seated for dinner service by 7:00pm. DJ and dance until 10:30pm.

The event runs from 6:30pm until 10:30pm. All attendees should be checked in and seated for dinner at Union Depot by 7:00pm.

Tickets will go on sale for full time Eastview students on April 24th in EduTrak Connect for $90 per person. This covers the cost of the venue, dance, full service dinner, soft-drink & dessert station, decorations, chaperones, security, photo booth, etc. Registration and payment are DUE ON THURSDAY, MAY 7th, or until sold out. There are no exceptions.

If you are bringing a guest who is not an Eastview student nor an SES student whose home school is Eastview, they will need to complete the guest form and submit it upon registration.

This covers the cost of the venue, dance, full service dinner, soft-drink & dessert station, decorations, chaperones, security, photo booth, etc. You may register at the Eastview High School Main Office from 7am-4pm, Monday - Friday. Cash or Check only. Registration and payment are DUE ON THURSDAY, MAY 7th, or until sold out. There are no exceptions.

If you are bringing a guest who is not an Eastview student nor an SES student whose home school is Eastview, they will need to complete the guest form and submit it upon registration.

This year, we’re doing things a little differently—seating is general admission! That means no assigned tables, and you get to choose where you sit when you arrive.

Here’s what to expect at check-in:

1. Have your photo ID ready.

2. Check in with the staff at the Check In Table.
   We’ll verify your name and registration. Once you're checked in, you're good to go!

3. Find your seat inside.
   Since there’s no assigned seating, you’re free to sit at whatever table you’d like. Want to grab a spot with friends? Arrive early to claim your table! Reminder: Be respectful of others when choosing seats. Saving spots is discouraged to keep things fair for everyone.

4. Enjoy the night!
   Dance, take pictures, and have a great time—this is your night to shine!

We feel compelled to share some important information about Prom to assist in helping you plan a safe and enjoyable evening for students. As always, the safety of students is our top priority at Eastview High School.

Based on our past experience at Eastview, as well as collaboration with other metro schools, we believe having a large number of students on party buses is not a safe alternative for transportation unless the bus has proactive adult supervision while students are riding (no different than if a parent were hosting a post-prom gathering at their home and providing supervision). Students arriving on a party bus will not be admitted into Prom, unless there is an adult supervising students while they're on the bus. (Feel free to contact Dr. Franchino with questions). We recommend parents supervise pre and post prom activities and have conversations with their children regarding making safe decisions during the times before and after the prom at Union Depot.

If students would like to travel in a smaller group, we have developed a partnership with 1st Class Transportation limousine service to offer discounts for Eastview students. Mention you are from Eastview when contacting 1st Class Transportation (612-231-4446) or matt@ride1stclass.limo

Eastview High School does not supervise or have oversight over 1st Class Transportation, nor does it supervise pre and post prom activities or transportation arrangements. We offer these suggestions to assist you in planning for a safe and supervised prom experience.
