Winner of Spring 2024 Step Up to the Plate!
This program allows TSD families to get a discount of 20% by dining at Troy restaurants, which not only supports our local restaurants but also gives our schools a chance to win $1,000 toward school supplies and resources. This is possible through the Troy Chamber of Commerce in partnership with Children's Hospital of Michigan-Troy, which was the presenting sponsor. Congratulations Wass!
2024-25 Calendar At-A-Glance
We hope this Calendar-At-A-Glance is helpful for you and your family. It is a shortened version of our grid calendar. It only lists our half days and days off from school. Print out a copy or take a photo and keep it in a safe place.
2024 Millage Renewal (Vote on Nov. 5)
The November 5 proposal has two parts:
1. RENEWAL of the 18 mill NON-HOMESTEAD operating millage.
2. RENEWAL of the HOLD HARMLESS millage.
This keeps taxes at their current operating rates for the Non-Homestead and Hold Harmless millage.
Together these generate approximately $42.5 million annually which is 22% of the school district’s operating budget. Learn more on our website at https://www.troy.k12.mi.us/about-us/millage-renewal

HS Students Register to Vote
Public Act 258, through a partnership with the Michigan Department of Education (MDE) and the Michigan Secretary of State, allows high school students the opportunity to preregister or register to vote within their public high school. This act ensures that individuals who are at least 16 years of age but less than 18 years of age and eligible to preregister to vote are informed of the opportunity. We are excited that our high schools will provide this opportunity to our students. We look forward to engaging our students and elevating their voices. #Vote
