We are thankful for YOU!

MKS Mission Spotlight: LIFE & Time Management

We are focusing on the LIFE part of our Mission in our November Faith Builders with our IGNITE, GLOW, ILLUMINATE, and AURORA 3 & 4 dancers - specifically looking at Time Management.

Our verse this month comes from Lamentations 3:24, “The LORD is my portion,” says my soul, “therefore I will hope in Him.”

If the Lord is our portion, is He able to provide us all the time we need to accomplish His purposes for our lives?

We spend a lot of time being busy and sometimes even wear this as a badge of honor. However, the more I am connected to God through prayer, worship, and study, the more God shows me what I need to spend my time doing. Releasing my desires, allowing God to fill my cup, and then seeking His will for how He wants me to pour out into the lives of others is how I want to show up each day.

Like tithing, this requires time submitted to Him first, and then allowing Him to lead with the additional time He gives. This reduces stress and gives beautiful flexibility that allows for us to bless others with our time. I know I am always blessed in return as well!

May YOU be blessed this month with HOPE and the time to accomplish all that God has for you!
