Tuesday, May 21st- Q is for Quilt Day! Robin and Kaitlyn- Final PQA R meeting at 11:45, Susan, Lori, Marissa, Robin and Heather to attend.

Wednesday, May 22nd-R is for Relay Day! Robin at Hill from 2:00-2:30. Payroll signing day, intersession latchkey staff meeting at early learning office 3:15.

Thursday, May 23rd- S is for Superhero Day!

The staff intersession latchkey schedule was emailed out this past week. Latchkey staff for intersession 3.0 include Brenda Bauer, Jamie Mather, Sara Harris, and Petra Herron. I would like to have a brief meeting this week with all intersession latchkey staff to pass out rosters, attendance sheets, snacks, and discuss students with medical plans. Please plan to meet at the early learning office on Wednesday at 3:15 to get the information you will need. If you are unable to meet at this time, email me and we will make other arrangements.

• Last Day for Cardinal's Nest 3 and 4 year old preschool- June 14th

Cardinal's Nest preschool staff PD on June 17th-18th

• Last Day for GSRP- June 12th

Home visits start June 13th

• Last Day for School Age Latchkey at Gates, Hahn, Hill, and Cardinal's Nest June 21st

*Extended day latchkey will be offered June 19th-20th, and 21st

Sign up sheets for extended day latchkey care will be available at each latchkey site for care needed on June 19th, 20th and 21st

*There is no additional charge for latchkey on the early release days.

Just a reminder that every adult that comes into the building needs to buzz into the building via the security system and check in at the office. This policy helps to keep our students and staff safe. If you see an adult in the building that you do not recognize, please be diligent in asking them if you can help them find their way to the office to check in.

Payroll signing day will be this Wednesday, May 22nd due to intersession. Please sign payroll by 4:00 p.m. Remember to avoid stopping by the early learning office between 11:00 and 1:00 due to lunch and arrival and dismissal times.

Staff will be given promotion cards this week at both GSRP and Cardinal's Nest for our 4 year old preschool students moving on to Early 5's or kindergarten. Teaching staff will receive directions for filling out the promotion cards with a due date for having them turned in to the office.

GSRP preschool's last day is Wednesday, June 12th. Home visits start for GSRP on Thursday, June 13th. Cardinal's Nest preschool student's last day is Friday, June 14th.

June 17th-21st is the last week for students at Davison.

All Cardinal's Nest Preschool classroom teaching staff will report to work at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, June 17 and Tuesday, June 18. In the morning staff will organize the classrooms to prepare for the Summer Camp. From 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.on both days Susan and Lori will conduct a professional development session for preschool teachers. Preschool staff will not work the rest of the week unless they are also latchkey workers.

Latchkey Staff

All latchkey staff please report to work at you regular times on Monday June 17 and Tuesday June 18. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday will be half days for Davison K-12 students. We will need staff that normally work on early release days at Hill, Gates, Hahn and Cardinal's Nest to work these extended day latchkey sessions. Please see Lori or Susan if you have questions.
