Harvest Elementary
The roof replacement project, which began the summer of 2023, is now complete. Parking lots have been resurfaced and the parent drop-off loop on the north side of the building has been redesigned to maximize student safety. Inclusive playground equipment, shade structures, and a "fossil dig" have been added to the Harvest Playground. Soft playground surfacing has been added. Grass seed has been planted and will need time to grow. Students will be asked to stay off of grass surfaces for a period of time until new grass can be established. Technology upgrades in classrooms are complete.

Middle School
The roof replacement at the Middle School is complete. Work will continue on the roof of the Middle School to install solar panels and make electrical connections during the month of September. This work will not impact the use of space inside and around the building as the hoisting of materials is now complete. This work should not impact the instructional environment.

Roof Construction
High School
The weight room and STEAM center construction projects began in the Spring of 2024 and will continue through the 24-25 school year. During construction and throughout the duration of the school year, the main office will continue to operate from the east entrance (closest to the auditorium). Families can follow the same traffic patterns for pick-up and drop-off that were established last spring. The additions to the High School are expected to be completed in the Fall of 2025. The HVAC building automation control system is nearly complete. Students and staff can look forward to better regulated temperatures in classrooms as a result of this work. Gym and locker room air conditioning installation is scheduled for the summer of 2025.

The construction of the new Hornet Operations Center is nearing completion. The new building, located on Tefft Court, will house the Transporation Department and bus fleet, Buildings and Grounds Department and shop, and HVAC shop. We expect to move departments and buses to the new facility by January, 2025. The move will create space for additional student and community-centered renovations at the Middle School.
