We will not take walk up registrations on the first day of school. If you have any questions or need help registering please reach out to Bivian Garza, Bertram Registrar, at BGarza@BurnetCISD.net or by calling (512) 355-2111.

Parents will be allowed to walk their child through the building and to the classroom door on the first 3 days of school (August 14, 15, and 16) between 7:15-7:40. We ask that parents say goodbye in the hallway and allow students to enter the room independently.

Beginning August 19th, parents wishing to walk a student to the cafeteria will need to check in at the office and present a photo ID. The front office opens at 7:25am.

To allow students time to learn the procedures of our school, we kindly ask that parents, guardians, or other adults not visit for the first 3 days. This includes not visiting during lunches. We are excited to welcome visitors beginning Monday, August 21st. Please check in at the office and bring your valid, photo ID.

For student safety, visitors are not permitted in the cafeteria during breakfast from 7:15am-7:40am.

A few reminders:

• In the morning, students may exit the car onto the curb. Please pull forward in the line to help maximize the number of cars able to unload at a time.
• In the morning, please do not drop students off in the parking lot or across the street. If you do not want to wait in the line please park and walk your student across the crosswalk.
• In the afternoon, please pull up to the front of line when in the PreK-2nd grade line. This will allow us to load as many cars as possible.
• Please hang up your Car Rider Pro tag on the mirror. Having your Car Rider tag helps speed up the line.
• School zones are cell phone free zones. This includes our parking lot. Thank you for helping keep our kids safe!
  

Last year's Car Rider Pro tags will work for the 2024-2025 school year.

If you are new to Bertram Elementary or have lost your tag, please visit the Car Rider Pro table located in the Cafeteria during Meet the Teacher.
