Goto your Google Drive

  • then click on create folder icon

Right click on folder

  • click on Share folder


You can control who has access to folder and share it with faculty,parents and/or students

Benefits:

  • common place to save pictures/research/or ideas
  • no need to share files since folder has already been shared
  • no need to do attachments on emails anymore
  • students can work on project and have shared location of pictures
  • teacher can leave items for students to get at a later time
  • can require caldwellschools.com email to limit who has access to folder
