You can control who has access to folder and share it with faculty,parents and/or students
Benefits:
- common place to save pictures/research/or ideas
- no need to share files since folder has already been shared
- no need to do attachments on emails anymore
- students can work on project and have shared location of pictures
- teacher can leave items for students to get at a later time
- can require caldwellschools.com email to limit who has access to folder
