Principal Message
Dear Challenger Families,
We are off to a great start! This was our first full week of school, and we are so proud of our Challengers and Parents! Thank you so much for supporting us on arrival and dismissal protocols. It has been crucial in getting students in and out of school safely!
Car Rider Parents....
- Thank you for staying in your car in the car rider line. We are happy to assist your child in getting your child out and in the car during arrival and dismissal.
- Thank you for pulling all the way up in the morning and to your designated number in the afternoon. This helps us be able to load 10 cars and get you in and out as quick as possible!
- Thank you for only turning right when leaving the car rider. This helps avoids accident when cars are crossing each other and assists in keeping the car rider line moving swiftly.
- Thank you for being here between 7:30 -7:55 each morning. This is so important because it allows your child to be in the classroom on time and not miss a moment of learning.
We are in need of help at the front driveway for arrival and dismissal. If you would be interested in helping out one or more days a week, please see link below.

Tranportation Changes
All transportation changes must be received by 2:00 p.m. Please send all changes of transportation to ridetransportation@conroeisd.net. The e-mail must include the date, your child’s full name, homeroom teacher, bus number (if applicable), and the guardian's full name. All emails must be received before 2:00 p.m. If you submit a transportation change by email, it must go to the email address referenced above; transportation changes should not be emailed directly to the teacher. If an emergency arises, please contact 281-465-2800.
Please send a new email for each day the change occurs. We cannot accept notes for multiple days or with multiple changes. District policy states that a student may only ride the bus they are registered to ride; therefore, students may not have a transportation change to ride a different bus.
Lunch Visitors
We are so excited to be able to open our building up to lunch visitors.
Due to limited seating in the cafeteria, we are offering two options for lunch signups. You will have the opportunity to sign up to eat in the cafeteria with your child or outside in our gazebo/picnic table area. You will not be able to change locations after signup is complete. If you are signed up to eat outside and it rains, you will be unable to move into the building due to limited seating. You may sign up for another day/time.
When signing up, please be sure to list your name and the second visitor's name. We need to limit the number of visitors inside and outside the building. Please see schedule below for designated grade level lunch visitor’s days. Make sure that you sign up under the correct time slot for your child’s lunchtime. We ask that each student has no more than 2 visitors per student per 3.5-week period. Each visitor must sign up for a spot. This ensures every parent has an opportunity to sign up. If you have an extenuating circumstance, please call the front office, and we will work with you!

Campus Visitors
All visitors must be able to provide a government issued, photo I. D. at each visit. Photos of the I.D. will not be accepted. Visitors will check in at the front office and receive a Visitor Badge which must be worn at all times in the building. When leaving the building, visitors must check out with the front office and return the badge.

Whether you’re a seasoned techie or new to the world of robots, this is your chance to explore, create, and have fun! Please complete the interest form below by 8/30.
Robotics Interest FormDestination Imagination
Destination Imagination is a creative problem-solving, team-based competition. Kids choose one of six rich problems to solve, without help! Teams present their solutions at an exciting regional tournament in the spring . Kids build confidence and skills in creative thinking, cooperation, and presenting their ideas.
Every effort will be made to group students into D.I. Teams. The number of available teams is dependent on the number of Team Managers (parent volunteers) and participants. Please complete the interest form below by 8/30.
