Principal's Message
Dear Dolvin Families,
I hope that everyone had a nice long weekend and a productive 3 days of school this week. Thank you to the families that have taken the Georgia School Climate Survey. So far, we have had 15% of our families take the survey, I would love to get the number above 71%.
The survey is only 22 questions and takes about 5-10 minutes to complete. Please take it by clicking this link: https://survey.gadoe.org/FM?sid=A4E90C88
Thank you,
Andy Stein

Friendly Reminders from the Clinic
Our school is committed to the health and safety of our students and staff. The district mandates that students must be fever free for 24 hours minimum without the use of fever reducing medications. Likewise, students must be free of diarrhea and vomiting for a full 24 hours. Failure to adhere to these guidelines results in the spread and the reintroduction of germs in our classrooms. Make sure to combat this cold and flu season by eating a healthy diet, getting plenty of sleep, and staying home when you are sick. If you are planning to give fever reducing medications before school, it would be wise to reconsider sending your student. Please give them the time they need to heal. Any questions please contact Ariel Lochner in the clinic at 470-254-9281.

Glow Dance Your Heart ❤️❤️ – Update
Wow! What an amazing FUNdraiser we had this year! We are beyond grateful to everyone in our DolvINcredible community that contributed - because of you, the school met its $45,000 goal to fund the Discovery Lab again next year! And since we met our goal, the kids will have a school-wide Rock ‘n Roll Lunch on Feb. 20th to celebrate! We'll have music, lights, and a special VIP section on stage for the top-earning class from each grade. (Please note: while we'll be providing a rockin' good time, we are not providing lunch - families should plan for students to bring or buy their lunch as normal.) And remember to watch for teacher emails about those special class rewards your student may have earned along the way.
Teachers & Staff - we couldn't have done this without you. Your efforts were amazing, and hopefully we provided you with everything needed. Please know we're still here to support you as you check those reward days off your list!
5th Grade Graduation Mementos
To celebrate our 5th graders' academic achievements, we're coordinating with sponsors to offer some unique mementos this Spring semester - special graduation tees and yard signs! More details coming soon.
