It is with great hope that you and your family enjoyed a wonderful winter break. This past Friday, our staff did some wonderful learning with our new reading curriculum and also how to support our Multilingual Learners. Ross is a very special place due to our large diverse population and we are excited that we have over 20 different languages that are spoken within the halls of Ross. As we move into the second half the school year, we will hit the reset button. During our Rise and Shine assembly, we will review our Core Values, Ross expectations and Ross routines/procedures. We are looking forward to beginning this second half of the school year strong and continuing to thrive within our commUNITY.

Jan. 20th: No School - MLK Jr. Day

Jan. 23rd: Progress Reports will go live

Jan. 24th: Ross PTO Family Bingo Night at 6:30pm

Jan. 29th: Early Release @ 2pm.

We will administer social-emotional surveys to students in grades 3-5 and staff as part of our ongoing commitment to supporting student success. These surveys gather valuable student feedback on school safety, sense of belonging, relationships, and more.

Students will take the surveys between January 13 and 24. They take about 15 minutes and are the same as those administered in the fall. They will allow us to identify areas of growth.

PTO's Purple Envelope Campaign will be coming home in backpacks soon! As always, we welcome donations all year round by simply going to the PTO website under Contribute to PTO and scanning the QR code! ALL money raised goes directly back to Ross in a variety of ways. So far we have raised just over $1,000... which is great! However, we would love to raise more! Any amount helps!
