UA Math Circle (Afterschool)
Greetings from Tucson Math Circle with the U of A. We foster the growth and development of young, aspiring mathematicians through weekly problem-solving sessions. During these sessions, students collaborate with our grad student and faculty mentors to solve unique math problems that they would not normally encounter in school.
We are looking for curious middle school and high school students who might benefit from:
--- mathematician role models
--- a collaborative learning environment
--- exploring new math in a supportive setting with their peers
Weekly sessions resumed Thursday 09/26. The sessions are held on campus in ENR2, S395 from 4:30-6pm. We look forward to seeing you or students you know!
For more info on Tucson Math Circle, including worksheets from past sessions, please see our website.
