As we look toward the Fall 2024 Athletic Season, see important information below regarding Athletic Registration and Physicals:

Physical Forms must be dated after May 1st, 2024 for athletic participation in the upcoming 2024-2025 year. The deadline for completion of Athletic Registration and Physical Forms for Fall Sports is Monday, July 29th, 2024. The PIAA requires their form be used, no other versions of a physical form will be accepted. All forms must be submitted through Student Central.
