New Season . . . New Beginnings
Hello, JROTC Families! We are halfway through the Spring semester and have plenty to look forward to in March, April, and May.
- Congratulations to our JROTC Military "Mini-Ball" Court voted in this past Friday by the cadets
- Kudos to the Rebel JROTC Drill Team for continuing a tradition of winning on the competition field
- Get ready to go head to head against schools from around the district and around the region
- April will bring inspections, awards, and even a parade :-)
- Folks, continue to improve your hair and uniform standards as we get closer to our annual inspection

- 25-26 March - 6th Brigade Georgia State Drill Championships, Griffin GA
- Mon - Wed, March 14-16 - Cadet Challenge (Presidential Physical Fitness Test)
- March 28 - Apr 1 - No School (Spring Break)
- Saturday, April 9th - Superintendent's Cup
- Thursday, April 14th - 6th Brigade USACC JPA Inspection
- Wednesday, April 20th - Rebel JROTC Awards Presentation
- Tuesday, May 17th - ASVAB
MARCH 5TH JROTC MILITARY "MINI-BALL"
The cadets had a great time this past Friday during school at our Military "Mini-Ball". (CLICK HERE for pictures) We look forward to a full fledged ball next March . . . . and maybe even a district-wide JROTC Military Ball in November. Regardless, Friday went well for your sons and daughters.

MARCH 12TH REGIONAL JROTC DRILL CHAMPIONSHIPS
They earned:
2nd and 3rd Place in Armed Squad
3rd Place in Male Individual Exhibition
1st Place and 4th Place in Armed Knockout
and 1st Place and 3rd Place in Unarmed Knockout
Our individual event winners were
Cadet Captain Garry Simmons,
Cadet Lieutenant Zackariah Perry,
and Cadet Sergeant Ja’Taiveon Jones.
Let’s hype up our drill team as they go to the Regional Championships this weekend at Georgia Southern University-Armstrong Campus
