Board Study Session - Monday, April 15, at 2:00PM
The Allegiance STEAM Academy Board of Directors will conduct a Board Study Session on Monday, April 15, 2024, at 2:00 PM.
This study session will be held in-person on the ASA Chino campus, located at 5862 C Street in Chino and will be streaming on the Fontana campus, located at 7420 Locust Avenue in Fontana.

Statewide Testing Begins
This week ASA will begin our statewide assessments. Testing will take place between April 15, 2024 - May 3, 2024. Help your child be prepared by getting plenty of sleep and eating a healthy breakfast. Please see the graphic for more information on testing dates and mindsets.

ASA will begin our statewide testing next week that will take place from April 15-May 3. In order to set our students up for success, and provide the optimal environment, we will be ending before and after school activities such as Bridge and clubs. If you have a question about a specific activity, please reach out to your child's teacher or club advisor.
Monday- Progress Reports Sent Home
This Monday, April 15th Progress Reports will be sent home with your Wolves. Please make sure to check their backpacks.
Wednesday- 2nd Grade Field Trip
This Wednesday, April 17th our 2nd graders will be going to the Chino Wetlands. Please be sure to have your Wolves here on time as buses will be leaving at 9:30 am.
Buses are expected to return approximately at 1:30 pm.
Wednesday- 4th Grade Field Trip
This Wednesday, April 17th our 4th graders will be going to Dodger STEM Day at Dodger Stadium. Please be sure to have your Wolves here on time as buses will be leaving promptly at 7:30 am.
Buses are expected to return approximately at 4:00 pm. Arrival may be delayed due to traffic.
*If your Wolf has a sibling in a different grade, please make sure that they are picked up at their normal dismissal time.
Wednesday- PACK Board Meeting

Thursday- Co-Ed Basketball Game
This Thursday, April 18th our Co-Ed Basketball Team will be playing against Rhodes Elementary @ 3:15 pm. The game will be held here at ASA Chino.
*If students would like to attend the basketball game after school, there will need to be at least 1 parent/ guardian accompanying them.
We are excited to have so many sports and clubs this year for students! These extracurricular activities offer students a chance to thrive, learn, and grow, while also emphasizing the importance of regular school attendance. Please note that in order to participate in any competition after school students must be present during the regular school day.

Photography Club
Photography Club will be meeting on Tuesday, April 16.
*This will also be the last day of Photography Club.
Band
The last day of Band will be Tuesday, April 16. Please ensure your child returns any borrowed instruments on the last day. Thank you for your participation in Band!
Co-Ed Basketball

Counseling Connection
As our ASA Counseling Program grows we want to share with our families what we are learning and focusing on as a school in the socio-emotional realm. Each week will feature the school wide Social Emotional Learning (SEL) skill, a breathing strategy, and grade level lesson topics.

ASA Needs Your Dress Code Items!
If your Wolf has outgrown any of their Dress Code items, our front office will gladly take them! Please make sure that the dress code items are free of any tears or stains and have been washed.
We will take any and all sizes!

If you need to drop something off or pick your wolf up early, please make an appointment using the link below so we are prepared for your visit.
Special Note: The office door is locked for everyone's safety. Please knock when you arrive. If we don't answer right away, it is because we are on the phone. We appreciate your patience.
- It is difficult for us to locate students during recess and lunchtime, so please refrain from picking them up during these hours. See the ASA Bell Schedule HERE.
- Important Notice: Please do not use this app if you need to make an appointment with someone on our Admin team. Call the front office for these requests at (909) 465-5405.

Parent/ Guardian ID Checks
As a reminder to all parents/ guardians, when you are picking up your wolf early please bring your ID. As a safety protocol, we must check an ID prior to releasing any student to ensure that whoever is picking them up is listed as an emergency contact.
If you need to add someone to your wolf's Emergency Contacts please send an email to info@asathrive.org.
Dear ASA families,
Complete the Meal Application to assist with maximizing LCFF funding. A portion of every school’s funding and other resources are determined by certain characteristics of its students, one of which is need. To assist in demonstrating that need, all families at ASA are requested to submit a completed Income Survey Form, to be made available on our site.
By completing the form, you will help our school reach the goal of maximizing funding to support our students’ academic successes and creating equitable learning environments. If you have any questions regarding this information or about the school meal program, contact Food Services via phone or email.
For the 2023-2024 school year, meals will be served at no cost to the students regardless of their eligibility
