Summer Learning Program

Registration for McCaskey High School Summer Learning is now open to rising 9 through 12th Grade students and will operate from June 20, 2022 through July 21, 2022. This is a great opportunity to earn credits needed for graduation through credit recovering or get a head start on the graduation process by earning advance credit. Many classes and learning options are available.

Summer Sports Physicals

The PIAA requires student-athletes to obtain a new sports physical every year, after June 1st. Student-athletes who had a physical on file this school-year are cleared for off-season workouts until June 7th. After June 7th, all athletes will be required to have a new physical on file in order to participate in off-season programming. Please note, if student-athletes are receiving physicals from their primary care physician, or elsewhere, they cannot be obtained prior to June 1st.

Summer Camp

Lancaster Rec offers three high quality summer day camps for boys and girls, starting right after the school year ends. Each day camp is unique and has its own theme weeks, daily activities and field trips. Your child may start at any of our summer day camps the day after you register them, if you do so before noon. Free lunch and snack is served every day at Discovery Day Camp, Sports of All Sorts and Camp Optimist. Due to COVID restrictions, field trips are to be determined. Camp runs from June 13 – August 12.
